Waiver and Release of Liability for High Performance Coaching (GHPC).

GHPC organizes activities that come with inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Although GHPC takes reasonable steps to minimize risks, it cannot eliminate all risks.

By participating in GHPC’s activities, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with such participation. You agree to take all necessary precautions to protect yourself from injury and to follow all rules and instructions provided by GHPC.

You understand and agree that GHPC is not responsible for any injuries sustained during its activities, whether caused by falls, equipment failure, or other causes. You participate in GHPC’s activities at your own risk and assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that you may sustain.

You also agree to indemnify and hold GHPC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any injury you may sustain during GHPC’s activities, whether caused by GHPC’s negligence or otherwise.

You represent and warrant that you are physically and medically able to participate in GHPC’s activities and that you have consulted with a physician or other medical professional regarding any conditions or concerns that may affect your ability to participate.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your participation in GHPC’s activities, including traffic laws, safety rules and regulations, and instructions provided by GHPC and its representatives.

Furthermore, you grant GHPC and its representatives the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and image in any photographs, video recordings, or other media related to GHPC’s activities.

This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Waiver and Release of Liability shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
